Quiche that is. I have always wanted to try one and after finding a recipe by Paula Deen, I had to give it a whirl. I made the Spinach and Bacon Quiche. Who knew it could be this easy. I don't know what I have been so worried about. You simply mix a few ingredients together and throw it on top of a pie crust and bake.
I guess I never really paid attention to what was involved. Me, not being a cook, backs away from anything that even looks the slightest bit complicated.
This was so easy and very delicious.
I just may have to look at those recipes for crepes.

Yummy! I knew you could do it.. Just follow the recipe..and call me if you have any questions on those crepes.. I may have to come taste them.

Yum...call me next time you make one..they are my fav...and I don't cook either. Never made one....even though I love them. With my girls I really should.
